The Program
Each stay is structured around a consistent daily rhythm designed to support stabilisation and reflection.
Programs are typically two to three weeks in duration and take place privately in Kamakura. Clients work individually with practitioners through a combination of therapeutic conversations, physical activity, reflective practices, and time in nature.
The intention is not simply rest, but the creation of a stable environment where patterns can be understood, habits recalibrated, and perspective gradually restored.
